The Tibetan term for Buddhist is Nanpga, meaning “one who goes within.” By going deep within, Buddhists have uncovered real truths about the nature of our minds & the universe. The Tantrayana path—also known as the Diamond path—uses the body as a vehicle for realizing our hidden nature, which is one of great clarity & potential! In our discussions, we will expand our perception of nature through the lens of embodied Buddhism and unified science. We discuss space & vibration, the heart’s ability to tap into the wisdom of the field, regenerative essence, and the five elements, energy & emotion. In our workshops, we will explore core practices on the Tibetan yogic path, including Lu Jong and Tsa Lung. These traditional movement & breathwork practices nurture our spinal column and vital essence, ignite our inner fire & focus, and open our hearts.
