Sarah is a natural foods chef, certified health coach and the author of The Healthy Locavore, a food and lifestyle blog based in Honolulu. She hosts a farmers market tour twice a month in Kaka’ako and sources local ingredients for her farm to table dinners and wellness retreats. Sarah cooks nutritious and culturally inspired food, inspires people to live healthier lives, connects people to their food sources and is fiercely dedicated to supporting her community. She is a dedicated yogi, practices meditation daily and enjoys paddleboarding, swimming and hiking when she isn’t restaurant hopping or shopping at her neighborhood farmers market.
