Aleah March

“I crave to live a life where I am supporting the healing and growth of all beings.”

Aleah’s yoga journey started in Springfield, Il. USA when she was 12. She attended a hot yoga class and instantly fell in love. All throughout her schooling she continued to attend the one yoga studio in her town.

She was one of the youngest yogis in her studio at the time, but she loved the escape and connection to herself in a way different than anything she had ever experienced. She kept doing hot yoga but began to incorporate yoga sculpt, ashtanga yoga, yin, and vinyasa flow in her practice.

Her passion for yoga grew. She began to feel a light shining from within, and began to see a light in all beings. From there she read every yoga book she could get her hands on, connecting with the principals and ancient stems of spirituality in yoga.

As soon as she turned 17 she flew to Bali and received her yoga teacher training in Bali, and for the past 2.5 years she been teaching yoga in Kona Hawaii.

Just a year ago, Aleah fell off a 50 foot cliff in Oahu on the “Crouching Lion” hike. She has continued to teach the past year while enduring four intense elbow surgeries. She feels this experience has served to make her a better instructor because she is able to empathize deeply and take caution to accommodate for all injuries. Though it may be a long time before she can physically chaturanga again but it has pushed her to be extra precise with verbal cuing.

Aleah loves teaching yoga because she believes that following the limbs of yoga aids in the manifestation of a fulfilling lifestyle. In the physical aspects of our yoga asana she strives to incorporate strength, flexibility, core, and balance; all held together through the powerful guide of pranayama (breath).
