I have felt intuitively inclined towards a spiritual path since a very young age and upon discovering Eastern Philosophy as a teenager. I studied and majored in Music in college as I felt a pull towards the arts but explored many different career paths upon graduation. These paths included special education, academic advising, and admission counseling for higher education institutions.

It was not until several years ago that I felt a total “shift” in my personal life as I embraced these teachings I found early on. Inspiration beckoned which lead me to become a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher in 2015 and begin publicly teaching and sharing my understanding of the practice with the world.

I have explored a vast array of styles and learned directly from teachers like Tim Miller, Seane Corn, Dharma Mittra, and Annie Carpenter. All of which helped deepen my knowledge as I have now developed my own personal style of a mindfulness based approach to teaching and practice.

Through the study and practice of Eastern meditation, I also teach a very approachable meditation technique to help cultivate inner peace, happiness, and clarity in your life.
